Scholastic Book Orders:
If you were not able to make it into our school's Book Fair, or did not find what you were looking for, December book order packages are being sent home today.  This will allow plenty of time for families to review orders and make purchases for holiday gifts.  If you would like to place orders for gifts, please let me know through a note in the agenda, and I will be happy to set aside purchases for parents.

Thank you to all students and families for your support of our Friendship Fruit Salad today in honour of Brianna.  We wish Brianna and her family all the best with their new home and school.  We know that we will continue to see Brianna in the McGowan community in the future.  Make sure to stop by.  We will miss you.

Remembrance Day Presentations

Congratulations to Johnny and Ayanna!  Mrs. Wickes has requested that Johnny and Ayanna present their Speaking presentations this Friday at our assembly.  We are so proud of you! 

Thank you to all students and families for working so diligently on our Remembrance Day speaking presentations.  We have had many thoughtful presentations.  A tribute to our desire for a peaceful world and to the leaders that our children will be in shaping our future.
