FUN DAY LUNCH - June 10

  

ANIMAL RESEARCH PRESENTATIONS:

Dear families, you are invited to come to our class's OPEN HOUSE on 

Friday, June 10th from 1-2:15 pm.  

Students have been working very hard on research reports featuring a Canadian mammals.  Students have learned how to take notes without copying (plagiarizing), compose this non-fiction material into basic paragraphs, and have learned how to publish this information using Chrome Book Slide Presentation.   

These presentations enable the students to show case their fabulous work as well as practice authentic public speaking skills to small groups of familiar and friendly faces!  

We hope that you can make it, but understand if you're unable to at this very busy time of year!

Thank you to all families for sending your child so well prepared for our Smiling Pond field trip.  A special thank you to our family members who volunteered to spend the day with us.  We so appreciate your leadership and expertise.  Many, many thanks for being there with us!
